WHY CHOOSE BiSEM

There are currently a few institutions that train in the field of some aspects of geo-spatial technologies notable, the Geomatic Engineering Departments of KNUST and UMAT. These provide academic research type of training for managerial personnel but not the focused trades-hands-on training required at the field and middle levels. That leaves only the Ghana Survey school which originally was setup to train technical officers for the Survey Division.

We welcome applications from qualified applicants into our Land Surveying programme and training. This is designed for new entrants into the Land Surveying industry, or those with minimal knowledge in Land Surveying and want to improve it.

Currently, the school does not have one now however working towards that. There are alternatives hostels facilities around the school premises

Yes! there is a computerized Lab available to enhance teaching and learning for both lecturers, students and trainees

Yes! Tuition and practical training on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 9pm

The focus is on career and personal development and we want our students to feel practical sessions and interact with one another. However, online classes is allowed when the need arises

Yes, we invite applications from all qualified students locally and internationally. All foreign students MUST apply for their permits and satisfy all regulatory requirements to be able to stay and take this course
